Founded in 2026, The Parlor & Paw Coffee Co. brings specialty cold brews, rich whole bean roasts, and artisanal accessories straight to your door. We blend a dark, vintage parlor aesthetic with a deep commitment to high-quality coffee and animal rescue, crafting every roast with character and care.
While our parlor on wheels is currently in development, our online shop ships our signature blends and curiosities nationwide.
Meet Barry: The Inspiration Behind the Logo
The handsome fellow featured at the center of our logo is Barry, our beloved Bug-Chi (a mix of Boston Terrier, Pug, and Chihuahua).
With his striking blue eyes, oversized ears, signature dapper bow tie, and spirited personality, Barry embodies everything we stand for: charm, individuality, and pure joy. He’s our chief mascot and daily reminder to approach life—and coffee—with enthusiasm and a friendly face.
